Programs

Turning potential into participation, capability and opportunity.

YDLC builds practical skills, real responsibility and meaningful participation. Every program is designed around a simple belief: young people learn leadership by doing it.

Across leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, digital skills, climate action, service and mentorship, participants build practical skills, work with others, take responsibility and turn ideas into action.

Program eligibility may vary by program. We focus on readiness, interests, goals and the requirements of each opportunity — not assumptions about what young people can or cannot do.
